![YOUR Amplusfigura - Fitting and sizing guide]() YOUR Amplusfigura - Fitting and sizing guide Discovering your right bra size can be life changing as it will help you measure yourself accurately and direct you to the style of lingerie that is best for you. It is imperative that you know what a bra should look like and feel like when it fits properly.
The strap round your body should be firm and comfortable. The strap that runs around your body is horizontal and not ride up at the back at all and the bottom of your bra should be straight all around the body. Your bra is too big around your body if it rides up at the back and you need to order a smaller size, e.g. 38 not 40.
Support should come from the body of the bra. If you get red marks on your shoulders then the straps could be too tight. The wires at the front should lie flat against your rib cage and should not dig in, poke out at the front or rub.
The breasts should be fully enclosed in the cups and you should have a smooth line where the fabric at the top of the cup ends and meets your busts. You should not have any ridge or bulging over the top or sides of the cups.
If your bust bulges over the top of the cup or around the side of the bra then your cup size is too small and you need to order the next cup size, e.g. D not C.

Sizing Guide :-
Step 1 - Bra size (underband)
Measure (in centimetres) - place tape around rib cage just under the bust and around the back to measure your 'back or band' size. Hold the tape quite tight - but not too tight so it's uncomfortable. See table to convert this measurement into your bra size:-
| Underband (cm) | Bra size |
|---|
| 73-77 | 34 | | 78-82 | 36 | | 83-87 | 38 | | 88-92 | 40 | | 93-97 | 42 | | 98-102 | 44 | | 103-107 | 46 | | 108-112 | 48 | | 113-117 | 50 |
Step 2 - Cup Size
Measure (again in centimetres) around the bust at the fullest part, ensuring the tape is kept level at the front and back. Using the bra size you found in the above table see below to work out your cup size :-
| Bra size | D | DD | E | F | FF | G | GG | H | HH | J | K | L | LL | | 34 | 93~95 | 95~97 | 97~99 | 99~101 | 101~103 | 103~105 | 105~107 | 107~109 | 109~111 | 111~113 | 113~115 | 115~117 | 117~119 | | 36 | 98~100 | 100~102 | 102~104 | 104~106 | 106~108 | 108~110 | 110~112 | 112~114 | 114~116 | 116~118 | 118~120 | 120~122 | 122~124 | | 38 | 103~105 | 105~107 | 107~109 | 109~111 | 111~113 | 113~115 | 115~117 | 117~119 | 119~121 | 121~123 | 123~125 | 125~127 | 127~129 | | 40 | 108~110 | 110~112 | 112~114 | 114~116 | 116~118 | 118~120 | 120~122 | 122~124 | 124~126 | 126~128 | 128~130 | 130~132 | 132~134 | | 42 | 113~115 | 115~117 | 117~119 | 119~121 | 121~123 | 123~125 | 125~127 | 127~129 | 129~131 | 131~133 | 133~135 | 135~137 | 137~139 | | 44 | 118~120 | 120~122 | 122~124 | 124~126 | 126~128 | 128~130 | 130~132 | 132~134 | 134~136 | 136~138 | 138~140 | 140~142 | 142~144 | | 46 | 123~125 | 125~127 | 127~129 | 129~131 | 131~133 | 133~135 | 135~137 | 137~139 | 139~141 | 141~143 | 143~145 | 145~147 | 147~149 | | 48 | 128~130 | 130~132 | 132~134 | 134~136 | 136~138 | 138~140 | 140~142 | 142~144 | 144~146 | 146~148 | 148~150 | 150~152 | 152~154 | | 50 | 133~135 | 135~137 | 137~139 | 139~141 | 141~143 | 143~145 | 145~147 | 147~149 | 149~151 | 151~153 | 153~155 | 155~157 | 157~159 |
(Example :- step 1 size of 89cm = Bra Size 40, step 2 size of 115cm = Cup F, which = 40F)
